Spent nearly 2 decades as the executive chef at the highly renowned Watson's Catering
(Named best of Greenwich several times)
2020 brought an end to an era, with the global pandemic sadly forcing Watson's to close its doors indefinitely.
However, past client demands brought about ingenuity, and to great praise, Chef Alfredo, is now charging the catering scene with great passion and in high demand, focused on perfecting every individual event.
